Prof. Ali Fuat Aydın received his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from Istanbul Technical University. He continued his postdoctoral studies at Newcastle University. He works in the fields of airless and air purification of industrial wastewater, sea discharge systems, water supply and waste water removal, geographic information system applications in environmental infrastructure and management, and environmental impact assessment. He has many articles published in several national and international refereed publications. In addition to his administrative duties, Ali Fuat Aydın continues his academic studies at the ITU Civil Engineering Faculty Environmental Engineering Department.
