Gülçin Kubat graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Library Science in 1998. In 2014, Kadir Has University New Media Department of the Institute of Social Sciences, "The Future of Mobile Library and State University in Turkey" has received his master's degree with the thesis. Academic libraries have international articles and work on user services. Since 2000, he has been working as ITU Mustafa İnan Library Reference and Electronic Resources Librarian and he is in ITU Library Bibliometrics Team.
